Anybody near Tri Cities TN, Johnson City , Jonesborough,Bristol area.
I am completely new to engraving . Anybody near Tri Cities TN, Johnson City , Jonesborough, Bristol area.
In the 1980s I got the Art of Engraving book by James Meek, have gone through it several times. Life has taken many turns over the years and could just not get the time to start. I would like to be able to meet with someone and pick their brain as well as see the equipment in use. I do plan on taking one of the beginner courses offered in the near future. I am really starting at point zero, this is my first post to the forum and have gained a lot from reading all that is posted. Thank you to all of you that are willing to share to us new folks. Dean |

I'll be in Blowing Rock February 2-15. Access across the mountains may not be feasible during February but you never know. PM me if you think it will be clear enough for travel.
