Re-introduction
I dropped out of engraving about 4 years ago but recently decided to give it another try. Retired now and the back is pretty much recovered from the fusions it needed. Long slow recovery made hunching over a microscope impossible. Kept eyeing the the engraving vise and cloth covered microscope sitting in the corner for the last 4 years. Just started to to get the practice materials back together and do a few random gouges. Hope it works out. And Hi to JJ!

Re: Re-introduction
In my very early engraving days I had a hiatus of about 4 years before I got back to it. Sure hope it gets under your skin like it did mine. It is not just what I do, it is who I am.
Go for it John!
