Question first attempt at engraving what do you think?

hi I'm new to engraving ( ie no training in engraving other than stone setting and texturing ) and i wanted to poke my head in and say hi as well as i tried to engrave my first actual project today instead of just doodling on random scraps of metal and was wandering what you thought of it be it good bad or ugly i am curious to hear your opinion on my first semi-serious attempt so here it is it on a zippo lighter that i had laying around

From someone who hasn't been here in a while, I can say it looks like a good first attempt. Your lines have some consistency, which I hear is good. I like your vise set up also. I always like seeing other peoples benches. Keep going. I will get started here soon myself. We should make progress as beginners.
