If you're trying to save money then just get the 100 grit disk to use with your drill press. That's all you need to do the
shaping part of sharpening a new graver.
Sharpening a graver by hand isn't a problem - you hardly take any metal off under normal circumstances. And if you've managed a big enough broken point you
do need to take off a lot of metal then you're back to the shaping, aren't you?
